An old application font change and some information cannot be displayed after Windows update

Question

My company is using a quite old application named saga peachtree for the accounting system.
All of our PC is using Windows 10 with the latest update.

With the recent update (Aug), the application started to malfunction, some of the information cannot be display in list.

I can see the font in the application also changed, I suspect that is the reason of the missing text. Maybe there is not enough space for the new font.

In order to make it work, now I can only uninstall the update after every auto-update, is there any other solution regrading to this case?

Apps don't seem to be fully compatible with newer versions of Windows 10 and uninstalling updates is not a permanent solution. Here is the possible alternative you can try:

You can try to run the application in compatibility mode, which is a feature that allows Windows 10 to run older programs that were designed for previous versions of Windows. To do this, you need to right-click on the application’s shortcut or executable file, select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, check the box that says “Run this program in compatibility mode for:”, and choose a previous version of Windows (such as Windows 7 or 8) from the drop-down menu. Then click Apply and OK, and try to run the application again.
