Apps don't seem to be fully compatible with newer versions of Windows 10 and uninstalling updates is not a permanent solution. Here is the possible alternative you can try:
You can try to run the application in compatibility mode, which is a feature that allows Windows 10 to run older programs that were designed for previous versions of Windows. To do this, you need to right-click on the application’s shortcut or executable file, select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, check the box that says “Run this program in compatibility mode for:”, and choose a previous version of Windows (such as Windows 7 or 8) from the drop-down menu. Then click Apply and OK, and try to run the application again.
