Why IDM and NDM those two internet download tool both of them can't work in edge and chrome browser ?

After I changed my computer's disk, and rebuild my system, the idm can't work , it's extension show that the files error or I don't install IDM, but i do install it , and I tried to report this situation to IDM's support and they told my I have to reinstall it and it will work, but the truth is I tried to reinstalling so many times , the extension still can't work.

So , I don't use IDM anymore, I think it will be IDM's problem, thus I use the other download tool called NDM, and nowadays ,the NDM's extension can't work again ,so I come here for some help. And the funny thing is Edge and Chrome those two browsers is same ,IDM and NDM's extension cant work on edge and chrome.
