I am using windos10ltsc 21h2 system, does not come with Xbox game bar, I downloaded from the app store and clicked open did not respond, I tried to repair and reset in the settings, also deleted and re-downloaded many times, but neither pressing the Windows + G keys nor in the app store did not work.At the same time I can't find this program in Task Manager.

The Xbox Game Bar is a built-in app for Windows 10 and it’s not available on Windows 10 LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) versions. The LTSC version of Windows 10 is designed for stability and long-term support, and it doesn’t include some features and apps that come with other versions of Windows 10.
If you’ve downloaded the Xbox Game Bar from the Microsoft Store and it’s not working, it might be because the LTSC version doesn’t fully support this app. You might want to consider upgrading to a different version of Windows 10 if you need to use the Xbox Game Bar.
