About polly

Question

I have accidentally install polly in Teams group chat and now i cannot delete its message although i uninstall the app still the message is not remove

what should i do?

Also i found there are other apps that cannot be deleted or the delete option is not available so i want to know of them if any of you know about them it would be helpful

Based on your description, I tried the following test:

Step 1: Add Polly in Teams Group.

Step 2: Remove Polly in the top of this chat, then the message remains.

Step 3: Click on the top right corner’…’ of the message that is automatically sent by the Polly, and then choose delete Polly that the message deleted.

Step 4: Delete Polly chat successfully.

Some apps may not have the option to uninstall or delete them from Teams. This could be because they are built-in apps that are part of the Teams core functionality, such as Calendar, Files. Or they could be apps that your organization has installed or mandated for you, such as Viva Connections.
