    Hi @Bexy Morgan ,

With Default refresh rate you can set the default refresh rate when the dashboard is opened

Minimum time interval prevents users from setting an auto refresh interval smaller than the provided value.

    Kind regards,

    Wilko

@Bexy Morgan Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A forum and posting your query.

In addition to Wilko van de Velde's input, I would like to add couple more sentences with an example to make more clear.

The dashboard author can configure the auto refresh for other viewers. By default, the refresh rate will be set by the “Default refresh rate” the author defined. Nevertheless, the dashboard viewer can change the rate for himself. The “Minimum time interval” is defined by the author as the smallest time interval a user can define for himself.   For example, the author can define a default refresh rate of 1 hour, but he can put the minimum interval to 30 minutes, which means the viewer will not be able to auto-refresh more often than once in 30 minutes. The intention with the minimum time interval is to provide the dashboard author with a knob to limit the load on the cluster.

I have also provided feedback to the respective product team to enhance the doc with additional clarification and they are reviewing it.

    Hope this info helps.
