How do i gain access to my Microsoft PowerBI account without an authenticator app

I got a new phone after losing my old one and I am unable to access my power bi account cause I am being redirected to an authenticator app.

I can't back up my old info from the app as well.

please, how do I log in to my Power BI account without this authenticator app? It is frustrating cause whatever I do, it keeps referring me to the authenticator which I cannot access

I need help, please. Thank you
