How do I regain access to my Microsoft account if I accidentally deleted my Authenticator app?

I accidentally deleted my Authenticator app on my phone, and I failed to set up two-factor authenticator, so I cannot access my other Microsoft account. What measures do I have to take to regain access since I need it to use certain apps and software for college. Thank you so much.

    https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

    1. Go to Security & Privacy page > choose Additional security verification > Update my phone numbers used for account security.
    2. After that it will open a new window. You will see your Phone is listed and you can choose Delete.
    3. Choose Set up Authenticator app and it will open a pop-up box with QR code so that you can configure the app on your new device.
