How can I resize images on Sharepoint by dragging?

I am experiencing issues attempting to resize images in Sharepoint when editing new pages. I can adjust the aspect ratios, by selecting the provided ratios. Unfortunately, it appears that the option to resize images freely by dragging does not seem to exist any longer. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

In the SharePoint page, you could use Image web part to view and resize a picture.
