How to download the certificates for Microsoft Technology Associate: Database Administration Fundamentals and Microsoft Technology Associate: .NET Fundamentals ?

I have already appeared for the MTA exams back in 2014 and wanted to get the certificates downloaded. The email id used at that time was of different organization but can't access that account so right now I have made new account using microsoft for downloading the certificates, in which there are no certifications listed. This new account have assigned me a new MCID which is different from the one stated in the mail received at the time of appearing for the MTA exams. So how one can download the certificated from the existing MCID or how can one acquire the old certificates linked with different account or MCID. Is there any way out to fetch the certificates from the existing MCID? Any help from your side would be highly appreciated.
