問題描述:因原先微軟大量授權服務中心帳號管理員離職沒交接完全，輸入帳號密碼登入大量授權服務中心後，畫面跳出「輸入驗證碼」，輸入行動裝置上的 Microsoft Authenticator 應用程式中顯示的代碼，但原先帳號管理員已離職，當初申請的手機號碼也是離職的那位人員，帳號的管理員權限也只有他一人，請問是否有其他方式可以進入微軟大量授權服務中心以便下載Windows Server 2019?
