I recently lost access to my Microsoft Learning account, and I'm seeking to link my certification to a new learning account. I understand that this can be done using the MC ID and Access Code. However, due to my inability to log in, I am unable to retrieve the MC ID and Access Code. Can someone provide assistance in linking the certificate to my new learning account? I have my certification number
PS; Before i had a chance to link my mobile number , my account got locked.
