Hi @Markus Heusi ,
Welcome to our forum!
However, one of the emails refuse to synchronize on ONE(win11, new laptop) of the computers, getting stuck doing that, despite the fact it does sync on others and all other emails do sync on that computer.
Do you mean that the issue occurs with the specific account, and the specific account can sync successfully on other computers but not the specific computer, right?
If so, how did you configure this specific account on the specific computer? It's suggested that you could check if there's any difference between the configuration of the same account on the current computer and other computers. And then create a new Outlook profile (Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account.
On the other hand, i notice you mentioned that "getting stuck doing that", did you click Send/receive > Update folder at the top menu bar manually? Considering corruption in send/receive settings file may cause this issue, You can try to reset the SRS file to check if there're any differences.(Go to C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook>Rename the Outlook.srs file to Outlook.srs.old>restart Outlook)
Hope the above help!
