AzureRedisCacheManager Status: Pool POISONED POISONED QUEUE Used Backup Redis Pool Connection for Read Operation

We are using Redis Cache but we are having issues with it throwing this error:
AzureRedisCacheManager Status: Pool POISONED POISONED QUEUE Used Backup Redis Pool Connection for Read Operation
This is causing the caching to not aways work and is causing Insights to max out.
Has anyone see this error before and know how to fix it?

We are using Redis C5 Standard 26GB version. This does not seem to happen on the Premium version (at the moment) and we have anything C5 version in development which was having this issue, but has now stopped. Although we are unsure what has changed.
