@zahid idris

If you don't have the BitLocker key, you can try to recover it using the BitLocker Recovery Key. The Recovery Key is a 48-digit code that you may have saved or printed when you first set up BitLocker.

If you don't have the Recovery Key, you may be able to retrieve it from your Microsoft account if you have one. To do this, sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Devices section. Find the device that has the BitLocker-protected drive and select "Get BitLocker recovery keys." I

If you don't have a Microsoft account or the Recovery Key is not available in your account, you may need to contact your system administrator or the manufacturer of your computer for further assistance.
