I know your post is from 2023 you may never see my reply, but were you able to find an answer to this issue? I'm encountering a similar error message when updating an existing Outlook Event with an attachment via Power Automate Flow and Graph API. Odd thing is, I can create an Event and add an attachment successfully, but if I return later to add a second attachment, I receive this error.
