Can not access Authenticator App

I am having trouble with my microsft account since I am not able to access to it. When I try to login they tell me to insert a code in the Authenticator App, but my account is not open in that app. If a try to open the account in the app, they ask me to insert a code in the app, but it is impossible since I can not use it. Please I would be so glad if you could help me, because I do not kown what to do and I am not able to look at my mail at all.
