Please clarify in more detail just under what circumstance you're getting this error. Exactly what product are you using, are you getting this accessing an on-premise server, is it only the report, etc. Did it use to work, and then stopped working?

Screen shots (with confidential information such as user names and similar removed) are a great help, for example of the actual certificate that seems to be invalid, and the actual error situation.

The error itself essentially means that the certificate is deemed invalid, probably because it's expired or because it's issued by a non-trusted authority, for example it may be self-signed.
