How to integrate HR System which are not available in Azure Portal with On-premises AD and Azure AD for user provisioning

i have a lot of confusion "How to integrate the HR System which is not published by Microsoft in the Azure Portal. For your info, we have asked our HR team (DarwinBox HRMS in this case) to develop to support SCIM compliant so that we can do that user provisioning from DarwinBox - On-Premises AD - Azure AD the complete JML process. Could you please tell me how can we do to connect On-Premises AD with DarwinBox HR system?

    Implementing SCIM doesn't solve this problem today, although it may in the future. Right now, the option that Microsoft and Entra ID offer on this is https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/app-provisioning/inbound-provisioning-api-concepts. You should ask DarwinBox about this, as it is possible for software developers to write native integrations with the API and eliminate the need for any scripting on your(customer's) end.
