Unable to connect to Desktop from Cloudflow in Power Automate

I am learning "Connect a cloud flow to desktop flows in Power Automate for desktop" in "Automate processes with Robotic Process Automation and Power Automate for desktop" on Microsoft Learn.

I want to create a Cloud flow and connect to Desktop, but I get the message "Machine not found" and I can't connect.

I am logged in with the account kitajima@digitalbiz2023.onmicrosoft.com and I also use Power Automate for Desktop with the same account.

In the "Setup process in Power Automate for desktop" part, it says "You'll need to create a trial environment with a database." Is it because you haven't done it exactly like this?

Please tell me how to solve it.
