Fix link errors 1168

i keep link errors - 1168 preventing me from compiling and running the programs. it disrupts the classes that i'm teaching

    Please verify that the .exe file is not locked, and that you have write permission for the file.

    You can go to Task Manager and end the running processes about the .exe.

    https://youtu.be/kwMI_RWEYtM?feature=shared This is a link to a video which will help but it is the result of a issue with the files so you can either update or close and pen after then into settings and verify file source and license to ensure it is correct from time to time you my experience a reset without noticing and all files get rolled back to older edition
