Server busy when accessing shared calendar link

Hello,

I already ask this question on answers.microsoft.com and they advised me to ask my question here so go on :

I have an error on my Exchange Server 2019 v15.2.1118.7 On-premise.

when I click on a link of a shared calendar (html and ics) the server doesn't respond and I can't access shared calendars.

When trying to access the calendar through the links the web page takes a long time to load and displays a busy server message :

" The server is busy and can't respond to your request. Please try again later "

Sometimes I have a pop-up in OWA when creating links :

SetCalendarPublishing Échec de l'opération Active Directory sur SRVAD01.
Cette erreur n'est pas reproductible. Informations supplémentaires: Impossible de supprimer la valeur de l'attribut car elle n'est pas présente sur l'objet.
Réponse d'Active Directory : 00002085: AtrErr: DSID-03152B2B, #1: 0: 00002085: DSID-03152B2B, problem 1001
NO_ATTRIBUTE_OR_VAL), data 0, Att 9db119f0 (msExchSharingAnonymousIdentities):len 212

What can I do to troubleshoot this and resolve this issue ?

I post question here because I haven't seen this problem anywhere and this error popup doesn't tell me much except that I have an AD problem??? If you've already heard about this problem, I'm interested!

Thank you !

    Hi Quentin,

    Sorry for the late reply!

There seems to be no evidence found related to EWS, I tried searching a lot but no luck. For now, you could try checking the Exchange server's event log for any errors or warnings that might indicate a problem with the server or its services. And have you tried republishing the calendars, so they have different html and ics links?

    Regards

    Shaofan

    Hi Quentin,

I had the same error and checked "Organization\Share"

It was not activated (as you can see in this picture).

After activating and rebooting the Server it looked like this and Calendar sharing worked for me.Screenshot 2023-11-25 142106
