Windows 10 wont update to 22h2

im currently on windows 10 version 1903, but it says im up to date. i tried using update assistant but it got to 100% restarted like 2 times and then go to like 70 something % and then just say some error that would go away very qucikly

( by the way i dont know if this will help but i dont remember seeing a error code im not 100% sure though, it said something like couldnt something windows)
