I built my own computer and pretty much since I built it I have gotten infrequent blue screens. The more programs I use the higher the risk of receiving a blue screen e.g. running multiple Twitch.tv streams + playing a game will make a blue screen more probable.

Here are the error details:

Today:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000be (0xffffc080355dfa48, 0x8a00000000200121, 0xffffb78ff50e6570, 0x000000000000000a). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: fea9ef96-206c-49d1-88d4-8d04fb4e050e.

Yesterday:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000be (0xffffb80035720fe8, 0x8a00000000200121, 0xffffc48846b48570, 0x000000000000000a). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 995a9acd-4249-4665-9214-184eade743b0.

This is a driver related issue.

Ensure that all your device drivers, especially those for graphics, network, and storage devices, are up to date. Visit the manufacturers' websites or use Windows Update to update them.
