Account Locked due to incorrect password. How to recover?

Hi,

One of my colleague's Outlook accounts has been locked due to an incorrect password.

Unfortunately, he didn't map his recovery mail and phone number.

Note: Recently he did a certification with his Outlook account only. Now he needs to map his certification into his organization.

Could you please guide me to recover his account?

Is your account a Microsoft account?

To unlock your Microsoft account, you can receive a security code using any phone number here:  

Account has been locked - Microsoft Support.

In addition, if an account access problem, then try resetting via the account recovery form.
