    已经解决了这个问题,经过逐步排查,发现是服务Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 3.0.0.0的问题,经过如下操作后解决问题:

    1. 停止服务Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 3.0.0.0

    2. 删除文件: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\FontCache3.0.0.0.dat

    3. 启用服务Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 3.0.0.0
