SQL Server Express 2022 failure installation (Through Virtual machine)

Does anyone know how to fix this? I want to install SQL express 2022,

For context: I installed a Virtual machine inmy laptop. VM windows 11 Pro. for me to run a school related project.

My windows 10 isn't working for this project - especially the SQL server failure installation.

And now, I received an error again in installing.

The error message is "Exit code (decimal): -2061893607 Error description: Could not find the database engine startup handle.

Question: does the error will change if I try to install SQL server 19? or nah?
