Hello,

Actually I want to know on MS Azure (Azure AD) in case of a person who has a personal email account which uses as a recovery email account for the MFA when resetting the password; I would like that when we reset the password, the email that serves as recovery (personal email) goes through the personal mailbox rather than the company email.

There is a population in my company who has a company account (mailbox) but who are not likely to use it, they must only use a personal mailbox and when they want to reset their password. I would like the password reset email to be sent to their personal email box but not to their company email box.

Could you help me about this please?

For SSPR user authentication, you can go to Azure Active Directory > select the user > Authentication methods > + add authentication method > email > add the email you want the user to use. If the Email field is populated and Email is enabled in the SSPR policy, the user sees that email on the password reset registration page and during the password reset workflow. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/howto-sspr-authenticationdata

You can also have the user add a new email method under mysignins.microsoft.com > Security Info > add the new email method.

The administrator needs to enable the authentication method and the user needs to register it in order to reset the password.

I'm sorry I wanted I will try to detail my question as best as possible.

In fact, the recovery email for the MFA when resetting the password (SSPR) if I enter a personal email like @ecole2600.com as you see in the screenshot below:

and instead of the email arriving on our personal mailbox, it arrives on our company mailbox "@clubmed.com" our company to see below:

I would like it to arrive on the personal mailbox for the password reset and not on our company email. Could you help me please thank you.
