My certificate is not available on my profile

On April 30, 2021, I earned the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certificate with a score of 796 points, as confirmed by Certiport. However, when I access my certification area, the page is empty. I need my Transcript Link for the certificate and my Microsoft ID to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance.
