You can follow the steps mentioned below to create a subscription management support.
- Open this Create a support ticket. and click on Create Incident.
- Click on "Create Support Request"
Select Subscription Management as issue type and select the student subscription (refer to image below for additional details) Click Next.
Ignore the recommended solutions here and click on "Return to the support request" and Click Next.
- Provide additional details and then Review and Create.
The subscription management team will be able to answer your queries.
