ISV Program Enrolment Bug

So I am trying to enrol into MS ISV program, but I'm constantly going through a loop.

I have a ticket raised since the 28th of August but I am being passed around department(s) being asked each time to provide steps to reproduce the issue.

Wether I go via: https://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/isv?ocid=partner_dash_qsg_hub

OR

I can go to my partner dashboard -> Membership -> Under ISV Success I click on "Sign up" under Join ISV "Success"

I am then faced with the following form:

I make my selection and then fill in the full form to then be advised that I qualify and see the following screen:

I click Continue to then see this screen:

I enter my work email to then see this screen:

I click "Sign in" and then see the following screen:

I click "Next" and end up back here again:

This is a constant loop, regardless of which route I take and I currently have my project(s) on hold as I am awaiting for the program to be applied to my account and it seems no one is actioning this clear bug.
