ok. I remove VMswitch and virtual adapters on teams nic
Check speed 50 MB/s (half connection). With nic teams speed is 2Gb/s
so then i remove NIc teams.
Check speed 100MB/s where is a problem?

Problem is network. Windows 2022 hyper-v 2 interfaces NIC broadcom 10GB, insert 1 GB
Conifguration: NIC Teams, Created VMswitch. Network 1GBit.
If Received server transfer file to speed is 100 MB/s, but if send from server to another only 20MB/s

Have you checked the Event Viewer for any trace?
If you cannot find anything in Event Viewer I would suggest you use tools like Procmon to find the root cause for this behaviour.
Have you made any recent updates that you are aware of on this device? If so try uninstalling them and check if this sorts out the issue
Check if the copy speed in a Hyper-V VM has increased after disabling RSC. If the network speed has improved, you can disable RSC on the virtual switch the VM is connected to. You can check your network throughput using the iperf tool.
