if you have already missed your exam, you should be able to reschedule it 30 hours after the original exam appointment. With this being said, the Exam AZ-104 can still be rescheduled past November 30th. Just log onto your Certification dashboard with the email associated with your Microsoft Certification profile to reschedule.
Since the exam was missed and is now expired, you will be tagged as "no show" for this exam and rescheduling will result to a regular fee.
