Microsoft Authenticator app doesn't work on Android

I have integrated the QR scan function with the Microsoft Authenticator app into my website, but I see that it can only scan QR on iPhone devices, and Android cannot scan QR. I wonder if I am missing something?

Hi Cong,

There is no difference when you setup the authentication, however this will require the website assistance where it is hosted or managed to investigate. So kindly check if you are missing any steps on the webpage configuration to allow device agnostic adding MFA.
