Hi,

After in place upgrade server 2012 to 2016 i just have one problem.

I have some error with appmodel-runtime like : Échec 0x490 lors de la modification de l'état du runtime AppModel du package windows.immersivecontrolpanel_6.2.0.0_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy pour l'utilisateur XXX.

I have this message with lots of other applications but these are applications that I don't use (like xboxgame for example) but I can't delete these errors.

Someone has already encountered this problem and could help me make my event viewer cleaner please

Thanks for the help.

    Hello

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. Here are a few steps that might help you resolve the AppModel Runtime errors:

1.Open the Run dialog box by pressing Windows Key + R.

    2.Type regedit and press Enter.

3.Navigate to the following path in the Registry Editor:

    \\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\WINEVT\\Channels\\Microsoft-Windows-AppModel-Runtime/Admin

4.Double click on “Enabled” to change its value from 1 to 0.

5.Close the Registry Editor and restart your system.

After performing these steps, check if the AppModel-Runtime Event ID 69 error is gone. Please back up your registry before making any changes to avoid potential issues.
