Why the enhancements tab is missing from the sound settings?

I am using Windows 11 Pro on my laptop and I am trying to access the sound enhancement settings for my sound device but under the properties of the default sound device, I don't see the enhancement tab. How do I get the enhancement tab?

2023-09-09T12:47:48.57+00:00 The Properties page of a playback device could have enhancement settings on either the Enhancements or Advanced tab depending on the manufacturer. Does you Advanced tab include any enhancement settings?
