How can I retrieve my FTP credentials and database credentials along with copy of the database on the FTP server?

Russell Hall: do you mean you have the database backup copy and ftp/db credentials inside a file that are stored inside the ftp?

If you don't know your credentials, then you can "retrieve" it only from your Azure admin.
