How to log in using two factor authentication when you’ve had to reset your phone (no longer receiving the enter number screen on the app)

I set up two factor authentication on my phone a few weeks ago for a new account for university. I’ve reset my phone, and when I’ve pressed ‘begin recovery’ on my app, it says they can’t recover it due to not being backed up on iCloud. Now whenever I try to sign in to the university account, I receive a number to enter on the App, but there is no space on the app in which to enter it. This problem is urgent as I have a short deadline in which to select modules, and I have to be able to access my account to do this. I don’t understand the tags so have selected random ones.

When you attempt to login , in the page you should see something called Sign in another way , click on it and follow steps. If it didn't worked, you may contact IT Department of your university and ask them to reset the Authenticator or your account and you may setup it again.
