Windows 10 - I want to share a printer on a simple private network.

Yesterday, I posted the following. I received some instructions, followed them all and only made the situation worse. Now I cannot access computer A from either of the other two computers. Help me to simply use the printer from all the computers? Perhaps I can eliminate credentials and and any other permissions that are in the way. The network worked fine with Home group and its replacement but each update makes things more complicated.


I have three computers. They can all see each other on Windows Explorer.  Computer A is connected to the router via ethernet.  The others use WiFi.

A printer (Brother HL-1440) is connected to Computer A and can be used by Computer B but not C.

Computers A and B can access each other. 

Computers B and C can access each other. 

Computer A can access Computer C but C can't access computer A.

    The network connection between your computer and the VPN server was interrupted. This can be caused by a problem in the VPN transmission and is commonly the result of internet latency or simply that your VPN server has reached capacity. Please try to reconnect to the VPN server. If this problem persists, contact the VPN administrator and analyze quality of network connectivity. (Error 807)

    Thank you for trying to help but I don't have a VPN network. I still get the message on Computers B & C when trying to open computer A - Windows cannot access \Steve-desktop you d not have permission to access \Steve-desktop.
