When I boot up my laptop I get an error saying that I need a .NET version to start an application. I get the same error when I try to open discord and Visual Studio. When I go to download the NET framework it tells me that I already have it. I have tried enabling framework features, repairing the frameworks, using the repair tool, and updating windows but nothing worked. please help

All you have to do is paste the full code in Notepad as "All files" type with a .reg at the end, open regedit, then in the File tab, press Import and select the saved Notepad file.
