Using Microsoft Azure From Iran

Hi Dear,

I want to know that can I use Microsoft Azure (portal, services, etc.) in Iran? I mean, if I connect to Azure services such as Azure virtual machines or others through Iran's IP address, will you suspend my Microsoft Azure account or not? As you may know in Iran there is no international payment way such as Visa or Master card, so I decided to create a Microsoft Azure Account by using one of my familiy memebers that has Visa Card. Please help me to know that can I use Microsoft Azure from Iran Ip Address or Not?
