    Hi @
    Harish Semwal

Attachments in Forms are essentially saved in OneDrive.

If you want to extract attachments from a Form, please follow these steps:

The 502 Bad Gateway error is difficult to troubleshoot without being able to look at the full details in the flow. If the flow runs fine without the attachments, then my guess would be one of the following issues:

    • Formatting of the Attachments Array - If you have multiple attachments then the array must be formatted like the example below:
      • Power Automate Sending Attachments
    • Exceeded Max Attachment Size - Approvals have a max attachment size that isn't specified or checked during the flow.
      • The Approvals connector enforces a 50MB limit on the combined unencoded size of attachments during approval creation. This limit cannot be changed. Users will see this failure in flow runs if this limit is exceeded: The combined attachment size of 68.9MB exceeds the limit of 50MB.

From my experience with approval attachments, I believe the maximum attachment size limitation would likely be your issue.
