I accidentally uninstalled my Microsoft Authenticator App from my old phone without backing up in the Cloud. Now, I can't log in to my new device since it requires a generated code from the authenticator app.

Without a backup to restore from the only option is to work with each of the service provider's account recovery methods. The authenticator app is nothing more than a code generator. The two factor is turned on or off at the service provider end.

For a work /school account try to sign in to your account but select the Sign in another way link on the Two-factor verification page. (assumes "another way" was previously set up) Then update the authentication device here.

If you've accidentally deleted the Microsoft Authenticator app without having backed up your accounts, you may still be able to regain access to your accounts, but the process can be more challenging.

    See:

Back up and recover account credentials in the Authenticator app
