I took a Microsoft Cerification at Pearson vue and I wonder how I can reach the feedback from the certification?

If you took a Microsoft certification you should see your exam score results in your Certification Dashboard page over here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx

Also note that Microsoft Certification is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).
