Access to MOS PowerPoint Certificate

I passed the MOS PowerPoint Exam on 24.07.2020 but I haven't been able to access my certificate. Please can you help me with extending the Microsoft Certification ID and a temporary access code so that I can do so? The original codes I was given are below:

Your Microsoft Certification ID is: 990188105
Your Temporary Access Code is: 03F9F21E-3CB9-4043-8853-A7D06AC4C7C9

I think these codes ran out yesterday, 22 October 2020 as they were only valid for 90 days.

    Hi - thanks for your answer. I've been to the page you suggest but this looks like a general forum where other people can see your questions. Is there no way to contact the people who issue the certificates?

    Also looking at that page and the questions already asked, it seems this is a common problem for many people. Are you aware of this?
