mail address and login name are different

Hi,

My mail address and login name are different, but outlook does not ask for login name in the section that asks for password, it assumes that my mail address is the same as the login name. I cannot add my mail address to outlook in any way. Is there any way to do this or do I have to give up outlook?

Ensure that Microsoft Outlook is completely closed.

• Press Windows + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog.
• Type outlook.exe /resetnavpane and press Enter.
• After running the command, open Outlook.
• You will likely need to set up your email accounts again and reconfigure any settings.
