How to get access to my tumblr account after removing it from Microsoft authenticator by accident?

I signed my tumblr account on Microsoft authenticator and by accident the account was removed, now I can't get the access to my account without the authenticator code... I need a solution to login my account without authenticator code or recover the authenticator code.
