as i have downloaded visual studio many times but still facing same error when i download it after downloading in order to open it i have to launch it again and again in order to use it ,as its not directly opening to create new project interface

as its not directly opening to create new project interface.
Is there any error message? Do you mean that the VS has been installed successfully, but this issue appears every time you launch Visual Studio? If so, have you tried to repair VS(From VS Installer > More > Repair)?
no error message appears! yes it has been installed successfully but this issue appears everytime i open visual so i have to launch again and again .i tried different methods to repair this problem but its not solving

Could you please try to run this command devenv /log in VS Developer Command Prompt, reproduce the issue, go to %AppData%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\17.0_<UniqueID>, find and share us the ActivityLog.xml file(avoid the privacy information) for further check?
