Fslogix and windows search

Question

I have a domain + file server + terminal serverI.

deployed Fslogix server on a terminal server and registered policies in the domain.

profiles are saved to a file server

terminal server I use 2019 windows and 2022 server.

install different MS office 2019 and 2021 on different virtual machines.

when a user (not an administrator) connects.

oulook search service does not work on server 2019.

It simply does not restart when the user logs in.

On server 2022, search works. but does not look in the body of the letter.

What could be the problem?

You can try to rebuild the Outlook index when Outlook search isn't working

Open Outlook, then select File > Options > Search. Now, select Indexing Options, followed by Advanced. Select Rebuild, and click OK

According to your description, seems that your issue might be more related to the specific FSLogix environment and I'm afraid that Troubleshooting methods used in windows environment might not help much.
