why is my Windows 10 update (22H2) stuck at 79%? can't use some applications

I started a feature update a day before but it always get stuck at 79% and windows update assistant can't work while its is being updated from settings it is till now stuck at the same

i request to give a solution to my problem this old version cant download any important application as Minecraft Trial ,Whatsapp , Xbox etc

cortana is not working as well
