Integration of notifications into email's body

How can I (as a developer) implement my HTML code into Outlook add-in?

I see that Viva does this (see the screenshot).

Could this function be used in independent outlook add-ins?

Looks like your issue is more related to add-in development, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. In order to better solve your problem, we will add "Office development" tag.

Sorry for my mistake and thank you a lot for your prompt reply.

You are right. We are a team of developers who works on the add-in for Outlook.

That add-in will send requests to MS Graph and show some insights to the user.

We want to use this "pop-up option" to offer some actions with the opened email to the user of our add-in.

I'm writing this because this can help to understand the background of my question.
